How to Use Retro Board
Create a Board
Set a board name, enable anonymous mode if needed, configure votes per person, and click "Create Board". Share the link with your team.
Collect Phase
Team members write cards in three columns: Went Well, Didn't Go Well, and Improvements. Anonymous mode hides author names.
Vote Phase
The facilitator starts voting. Everyone distributes their dot votes across cards to surface what matters most to the team.
Discuss & Act
Cards sort by vote count. Discuss the top items and capture action items with owners so nothing falls through the cracks.
Why Run Retrospectives?
Continuous Improvement
Retrospectives are the engine of Agile improvement. Without regular reflection, teams repeat the same mistakes sprint after sprint.
Psychological Safety
Anonymous cards let team members voice concerns they might not say out loud. The best improvements come from honest, unfiltered feedback.
Actionable Outcomes
Action items with owners turn discussion into change. Track what you commit to and follow through in the next sprint.
