How to Use Team Health Check
Set Up Categories
Start with the default Spotify model (9 categories) or customize by adding and removing categories to match your team's focus areas.
Vote Anonymously
Each participant rates every category green, yellow, or red, adds a trend arrow (up/same/down), and optionally leaves a comment.
Reveal Results
The facilitator reveals results. See distribution bars and trend indicators for each category, and click to read anonymous comments.
Export & Act
